Meet Sophie.

Sophie's love for dance began at a young age, with early training in Ballet, Jazz, and Lyrical styles. At just nine years old, she discovered the exhilarating world of Freestyle dance, quickly excelling in this vibrant and dynamic discipline.

Her dedication led her to compete in Freestyle for over a decade, ultimately reaching the prestigious Premier Championship level.

In 2014, Sophie took a significant step in her dance journey by earning a place at the esteemed Birmingham Ormiston Academy. Over two transformative years, she honed her craft and achieved a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Dance.

A highlight of her training was auditioning for the television show Got to Dance, performing in front of industry icons Ashley Banjo, Kimberley Wyatt, and Adam Garcia. Sophie was also recognised with a 'Can You Dance (CYD) scholarship' to train at Expressions Performing Arts for three enriching years, graduating with a Higher National Certificate in Musical Theatre and a lead role as Daniela in In the Heights.

In 2021, Sophie embarked on her professional performance career, dazzling audiences for two seasons at the luxurious Sani Resort. By 2023, she broadened her horizons aboard Saga Cruises, touring across Europe.

In 2025, her journey continued with Holland America Line, performing with a world-stage repertory company touring America and Canada.

Alongside her vibrant performance career, Sophie is a dedicated educator. Since 2020 she has been an integral part of the Star-Struck team, imparting her wealth of experience and passion to nurture the next generation of dancers.
