Meet Helena.

Helena's journey with Star-Struck Performing Arts Academy began at the tender age of six. Progressing through the ranks of the International Dance Teachers' Association, she mastered the Musical Theatre and Freestyle syllabi, consistently achieving Honours — the highest grade banding — in all her examinations.

Her training has encompassed a broad spectrum of disciplines including Musical Theatre, Singing, Acting, Theatre Craft, Lyrical, Jazz, Cheer, Contemporary, Commercial, and Freestyle dance.

Helena's impressive performance repertoire includes roles such as 'Young Evita' and 'Young Elsa' at His Majesty's Theatre. She has graced prestigious stages like Sadler's Wells Theatre, the Royal Albert Hall, and the Alexandra Theatre.

At just 13 years old, Helena successfully auditioned for a solo performance at His Majesty's Theatre — a defining moment in her burgeoning career.

Helena has excelled in music, achieving Grade 8 in Singing with consecutive Distinctions and an impressive 91% Distinction in the London College of Music Diploma in Music Theatre (Singing).

She balanced her performing arts ambitions with academic achievements, securing a First Class Honours Degree in International Media & Communications (German) from the University of Nottingham — earning the highest mark in her school and an award for the best dissertation along the way.

Helena continues to share her passion through regular performances in amateur dramatic productions across the Midlands — including The Show Must Go On and The Little Mermaid — and showcases her versatility with her business, HMG Music.

As a former Star-Struck student, Helena embodies the ethos that with dedication and hard work, there is always more to achieve. She uses her extensive training, performance expertise, and theatrical knowledge to inspire, support, and nurture the next generation.
