Meet Mil.

Affectionately known as 'Mil' to her students, Megan-Lily's passion for dance has been a lifelong journey, beginning with Ballet at the tender age of two. Her love for the performing arts expanded to Musical Theatre by age four, and by seven she discovered her true calling in Freestyle dance.

Her dedication and talent were unmistakable, leading her to become a Premier Champion at just 11 years old, dazzling audiences and judges nationwide and collecting numerous trophies along the way.

Megan-Lily's pursuit of excellence led her to Birmingham Ormiston Academy, where she achieved a Level 3 Dance BTEC. Her professional training with Star-Struck enabled her to secure an Associate Freestyle teaching qualification with the highest marks globally that year.

Her prowess was further recognised when she received the prestigious John Dilworth Scholarship Award in Freestyle from the International Dance Teachers' Association.

With a natural flair for teaching, Megan-Lily pursued a BA (Hons) in Primary Education, seamlessly blending her love for education with her passion for dance. Her commitment to nurturing young talent is evident in her teaching, which has been a significant part of her life at Star-Struck for nearly a decade.

2026 marks Mil's 10th anniversary with Star-Struck. The academy feels like home to her, a sentiment shared by her students and colleagues. She takes great pride in the collective accomplishments of the team and the students, and eagerly anticipates the bright futures of the talented young dancers she mentors each week.
