A childhood spent at Star-Struck

Dance has played a central role in Jessica's life from a very young age. She began by attending local dance classes, where her natural passion for movement and performance quickly became evident.

Joining Star-Struck Performing Arts Academy proved to be a significant milestone in her journey, helping her to develop both her technical ability and self-confidence while also forming lifelong friendships and becoming part of a supportive and encouraging dance family.

Competitions, exams and the Blackpool stage

As her love for dance continued to grow, Jessica broadened her training by taking additional classes, participating in competitions and completing examinations across a range of disciplines. Throughout her dance journey, she has had the privilege of representing Star-Struck at a number of prestigious events, including the IDTA Scholarships and the Blackpool IDTA Grand Finals in Freestyle.

One of the highlights of her training each year is performing in Star-Struck's annual shows. These productions provide her with the opportunity to perform alongside talented dancers and to learn from inspiring teachers who consistently offer exceptional guidance, encouragement, and support. Each show has contributed to her growth as a performer and strengthened her love for being on stage.

Walt Disney World 2026

In 2026, Jessica was honoured to be selected to perform in the Move It Shake It Show at Walt Disney World Resort, Florida. This incredible opportunity represents a major milestone in her dance journey and is an achievement she is immensely proud of.

Performing at such a renowned venue is both an exciting and rewarding experience that reflects her dedication and hard work.

Teacher training and the road ahead

Jessica is currently undertaking teacher training at Star-Struck Performing Arts Academy, where she is developing the skills and knowledge needed to inspire and support the next generation of dancers. Through this training she hopes to pass on her passion for dance and help younger students build confidence, technique and a lifelong love for performing.

Alongside her dance training, she studied Triple Sport at Stratford-upon-Avon College — a course that gave her a strong understanding of physical fitness, anatomy and mental resilience, all of which have had a positive impact on her development as a dancer.

Dance has shaped Jessica into a confident, disciplined and determined individual. Through every class, performance and opportunity, she continues to develop her skills and expand her experience within the performing arts industry — and she is excited to see where her passion and dedication will take her next.
